This Box Bike was made for an Edinburgh local food soup cafe, Union of Genius. It is used to transport up to 60 litres of soup up Edinburgh’s steep hills, so it was fitted with an electric motor to save the courier’s knees. See www.unionofgenius.com

    Bruce from Union of Genius here. We’ve been using it flat out for two months now after initial trials and teething problems. Going great though after being dinged by a car we’ve converted it to an open top model. Sometimes corners on two wheels but it’s never failed to get 60 litres of soup up Edinburgh’s hills.
